Hi Arkapravo,
I cannot speak for Player, but there are at least two viable ROS
drivers for the AR.Drone:
* ardrone_driver in the SIUE repository
* ardrone_brown in the brown-ros-pkg repository
ardrone_brown essentially wraps around the API provided by Parrot,
which is not beyond reason to the same for Player. I am not sure what
is the state of Player support in ROS, but that might be another
option to use these existing drivers.
