I think there's a small misleading mistake in robot_model/urdf/src/model.cpp
:
line 83:
ROS_ERROR("Could read parameter %s on parameter server",
full_param.c_str());
should be:
ROS_ERROR("Could not read parameter %s on parameter server",
full_param.c_str());
