I'm trying out Electric and it seems that check_urdf is now in the
urdf_parser package rather than urdf? So we run:
$ rosrun urdf_parser check_urdf my_urdf.urdf
instead of:
$ rosrun urdf check_urdf my_urdf.urdf
Just making sure that was intentional.
