[Ros-release] roscpp subscriber callback not triggered when sending from Android

I think this is the same ROS_IP/ROS_HOSTNAME bug that they're talking about
in another thread. From my diagnosis, I think it's a problem in roscpp.
I've reported it here: https://github.com/ros/ros_comm/issues/35
