[Ros-release] preferred test data site?

Sending this to the ros-release list, it may be of general interest.

I have some Velodyne test cases that depend on packet capture (PCAP)
files, using rosbuild_download_test_data().

Originally, they were hosted on one of the utexas.edu sites, but that
caused intermittent build machine failures due to download glitches,
so we moved the data to http://pr.willowgarage.com/data/velodyne.

That seems to work OK, but now I need to add another PCAP file from
the newer 32E model.

Is that still the recommended site for data like these? If so, how
should I upload the 32E PCAP file?
