[Ros-release] Unable to release orocos_kinematics_dynamics in Electric

Hi Ruben,

Looking into the failure it seems that a resource required for the build of
object_recognition has been moved.  Unfortunately it's not uncommon for a
few things in the ecosystem to be broken and it's always a judgement call
whether your package was responsible for breaking them.  In this case I'm
confident your release is not breaking those packages, thus I'd say you
could go ahead and release w/o waiting for the full build.

I'm glad your build got through it seems that our ssl certificate just
expired and is going to block most builds until we get it renewed.  I've
already requested it be renewed, I think it's a quick process.
