[Ros-release] urlopen error

I'm running into the same problem with
kobuki_desktop<http://jenkins.willowgarage.com:8080/view/GbinP32/job/ros-groovy-kobuki-desktop_binarydeb_precise_i386/81/console>.
Not sure how to debug this one either - any ideas?
