[ros-release] Sync from shadow to fix ros-gazebo-pkgs

Hi Jose,

I'm not sure that's exactly what will fix it for everyone.The ROS repos all
have gazebo 1.9 at the moment.  Is the new version of gazebo-ros-pkgs
compatible with 1.9 and 2.0?
