[ros-release] broken package hold sync

Hi Tully,

rosbridge_suite has been fixed and tested by myself.
I just wanted to give extra graceful time to see if someone else test it 
and confirm everything is fine. If no issue raises within today, it 
should be ready to go. If another issue get raised, I will let you know. 
It should be fine though.
