[ros-release] rviz failing on Kinetic

The console output on the build farm is very verbose for reason. While it
might be inconvenient sometimes to scroll through the long output in cases
like this it helps to trace exactly what happened. Looking at the last
build of the `urdf` package (
http://build.ros.org/job/Kbin_uX64__urdf__ubuntu_xenial_amd64__binary/5/consoleFull#console-section-13)
it shows exactly which version of the dependencies it was using.

Whenever new third-party dependencies are updated all packages need to be
rebuild in order to use the new dependency.

Cheers,
- Dirk
