We've been using an ros-readied ubuntu on intel atoms here at work and
I've thrown up a bit of a tutorial on how to install, maintain and
bulletproof a command line lucid installation on pen drives in case
others might find it useful.

http://www.ros.org/wiki/eros/Tutorials/UbuntuOnAtoms
http://www.ros.org/wiki/eros/Tutorials/UbuntuChroot
http://www.ros.org/wiki/eros/Tutorials/UbuntuPenDrives

I may have inadvertantly made the odd typo or left out part of my
brain, so if you have any trouble following, please either update the
wiki, or catch me in irc on OFTC(irc.oftc.net:6667), channel #ros or
#eros.

I can probably also upload some finalised pen drive images somewhere if needed.

Regards,
Daniel Stonier.
