[ros-users] Is it possible to "binary package" built stacks ?

22 months ago x-( looks like to be a quite tricky update

When is "planified"  1.5.x  ? (and by the way what's the current one I can't
find it on the website) It doesn't have to be precise but it can be months,
years, decades ?
