[ros-users] Costmap2DROS timeouts and poor amcl performance

I tried reducing the publishing frequency of my costmaps, still no luck. I
have a working sim (using stage) running on the robot without these issues,
so I will start replacing simulated robot parts with hardware ones and see
where it breaks.
