[ros-users] Extracting a jpeg image from a streaming file

Hi all,

I'm trying to extract a jpeg image from IP camera(Linksys WVC54GCA)  
which produces a streaming file(*.mjpeg). Is there any relative ROS  
stack to start? Or is there any open source? Any comment would be  
highly appreciated.
