[ros-users] rosmake error

rosmake cannot work without rospack functional. You need to make sure that
`rospack depends omnibot` works.

Also when you build a package it's just `rosmake PACKAGE_NAME`  you don't
tell it what file to build that needs to be in your CMakeLists.txt file.
