Ivan,

rosinstall will handle git, hg, bzr, and svn. See
http://www.ros.org/wiki/rosinstall#Version_Control_Modes for details. Though
the three DVCS's are marked as experimental, we've done a fair amount of
testing with them and things should work.

So, it should be quite easy to tell it to pull from your own git repository.
