[ros-users] Anouncing new ROS repository: guardian-ros-pkg

Hi Marc,

I've added the Google Code repository to the index.  It should update
later today.  I've also created this wiki page:

http://www.ros.org/wiki/guardian-ros-pkg

which will update to show the latest index status when available.
