[ros-users] Error while running a simple server client program in flowdesigner

Hi,

When you're logging in as root, do you source your setup.bash file to get
the correct ROS configuration?

You could also just run:
sudo chmod 777 /dev/rtc

And then you'd be able to access the /dev/rtc as normal user.
