[ros-users] cannot run rosinstall, requires password

Hello,

I am attempting to install a copy of ROS using rosinstall. Certain hg
repositories randomly deny access, requesting a username and password.
The message I get is "realm: kforge.ros.org Restricted Area". What is
the reason for this? I am running Ubuntu 11.04 on omap4 (ARM). I
understand that ROS on ARM may not be stable, but I am not even able
to download the code.
