[ros-users] accidental commit to electric.rosdistro wrt care-o-bot

Hi Peter,

Thanks for the heads up and noting the difference.  The change is due
to PyYAML's YAML dumper -- it does it's own 'pretty print' formatting
and reordering of dictionaries on output.  If someone hand-edits the
file, this change is passed on the to next automated commit.
