[ros-users] Inability to file a ticket

Hello.

I'm registered to code.ros.org (which is the site that gets loaded when 
you hit "registration page" from code.ros.org/trac), I can access my 
page and my stuff.
But if I try to login to the ticketing system it doesn't accept my code 
login.

What should I do to file a ticket?
It pertains to missing sources as seen here
