[ros-users] Inability to file a ticket

How long ago did you create your code.ros.org account? I believe the 
user databases are only synchronized every 30 minutes, so you may have 
to wait a bit before your trac account becomes active.

This is one of the many reasons that we're trying to move to github and 
away from code.ros.org.
