[ros-users] Announcing new package minecraft-ros

It would be sort-of easy for someone to write scripts to translate the 2d
maps back.  But it would probably be easier to use Gimp to edit them anyhow.

I don't really know about how to go about writing a minecraft-to-octomap
converter.  It seems like it would a little more difficult to create an
octomap tree than it was to read it.

Also, I forgot to mention that the octomap converter is very slow.  I think
it's mainly because the algorithm for matching colors to minecraft blocks
is very inefficient.
