[ros-users] epydoc broken with rosdoc

Hi ros-users,
It looks like for over a year, building epydoc based documentation has been
broken. I submitted a pull request to fix this last week (
https://github.com/ros/documentation/pull/1), but it doesn't appear that
anyone really has ownership of the documentation code. What's the right
thing to do in this situation?
