The Debian packages are now publicly available for Groovy and Hydro, and 
you can install them e.g. with "sudo apt-get install 
ros-groovy-nao-robot". I just found a minor glitch in the nao_bringup 
package, which is missing the nao_sim.launch file. This will be 
corrected in a followup release.
