[ros-users] Turtlebot Hydro Official Release

Turtlebot Hydro is now ready to surf!

Updates have now all settled in (apologies to those who dived in early -
perhaps we should have made an unannouncement when hydro went in).

Changes of noteworthy interest include:


   - Gazebo simulators for kobuki and turtlebot
   - App platform migrated to rocon_app_platform in preparation for
   multi-robot modes.
   - Everything now catkinized
   - Android development environment updated
      - Build with google's new android studio and gradle plugin
      - Just create a new project in android studio and you're away (no
      more lengthy, ros build environment handling).
