[ros-users] New packages in Groovy, Hydro, and Indigo

Hi Everyone,

We have just released a large update. This includes over 100 packages for
each of groovy, hydro, and indigo. There has been many updates from many
maintainers. They are listed below.

The changes in indigo are a even combination of upgrades and additions
while the groovy and hydro changes are mostly updates with a few additions.
