[ros-users] [Discourse.ros.org] [Site Feedback] Add author to ros-users forward email

For example, in the discourse post that was [forward to ros-users](http://lists.ros.org/pipermail/ros-users/2016-November/070144.html) there's no way to tell who wrote the post (unless you track back to the original discourse post). It'd be great if author name is included somehow.

I assume there are quite a few people who still subscribes to `ros-users at lists.ros.org` and haven't switched to discourse at all. So it's worth taking care of the forward email as much as possible IMHO.
