Hi there,

Your mech shop looks great! For a prototyping electronics shop I would make sure to have:

1. A good soldering station, [Weller](https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.amazon.com/Weller-WESD51-Digital-Soldering-Station/dp/B000ARU9PO&ved=0ahUKEwjZ_ozA1bHUAhXCKyYKHS0XDuYQFghsMAI&usg=AFQjCNGcHLdsO4Xn5Y_RYazmsorq47sEQA&sig2=x7vNcrH0YafNagrYd51WuQ) makes great ones. Make sure to get solder and flux too
3. A heat gun to apply shrink wrap, etc
4. Wires and shrink wrap
5. Header pin [crimpable connectors](https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.amazon.com/Haobase-2-54mm-Single-Headers-Connector/dp/B01DLXG6B4&ved=0ahUKEwiqjZiz17HUAhXFPiYKHU3DCs0QFgg6MAE&usg=AFQjCNGLlUs1-b9mch59OG9C_9q2hyAcRA&sig2=2ivs8-AEz04Kq0BHm_T4Aw)
6. The crimper for those connectors
7. A logic analyzer, [saleae](https://www.saleae.com/zh) makes great ones
8. An O-Scope, there are tons but they vary a lot in price
9. Anti-static mats
10. Nice multimeters

Good luck to you and your team
