The [ROS 2 testing repository](http://packages.ros.org/ros2-testing/) has the release candidate binaries and [this pull request](https://github.com/ros2/ros2/pull/646) contains a repos file with the target versions.

Give things a try and let us know if you run into any issues. Otherwise we'll sync on Thursday as planned.
