[ros-users] image_pipeline 1.0.3 and 1.1.4 released

The image_pipeline stack versions 1.0.3 and 1.1.4 have been released into
the boxturtle and latest distros, respectively.

1.0.3 is a minor patch release. If you are using boxturtle and need the
cameracheck utility (for verifying an already calibrated camera), you should
upgrade. Otherwise you can safely disregard this release.

1.1.4 is an unstable development release. It brings a number of bug fixes
already released in boxturtle into latest.
