Subject: [ros-users] ROS 1.0.4 (stable) released
Hey all,

ROS 1.0.4 (stable/boxturtle) has been released. This release fixes a
regression in roscpp's getParamCached() method that meant it hit the master
every time it was called if the parameter didn't exist.
