Apparently it is important to add the '/'-prefix to the topic. Doing the rosbag
filter as follows:

rosbag filter ../kbuys/bags/PR2_LWR_COUPLING_2010-08-11-15-54-22.bag
pr2_lwr_coupling_tf.bag "topic == '/tf'"

gives me a playable bag.
