I use the exact same syntax in
http://svn.mech.kuleuven.be/repos/orocos/trunk/kul-ros-pkg/stacks/orocos_kinematics_dynamics/stack.xml,
but the links do not show up at the ROS wiki:
http://www.ros.org/browse/stack.php?name=orocos_kinematics_dynamics
