[ros-users] rgb.txt status with stage?

The stage package in "unstable" still does not resolve the default the
path to rgb.txt correctly.

There is a well-known workaround (setting $STAGEPATH), but I cannot
find a ticket referring to this problem. Is there one already, or
should I create it?
