Wei,

You're mixing and matching two different versions of the ROS distribution (cturtle and unstable in this case), and
that's generally not a good idea. You must use one or the other. In this case however, it seems that you're looking for
recent packages which are not compatible to cturtle, so one recommendation is to try diamondback (or unstable).
