[ros-users] openrave depends on libcoin

When trying to install openrave, I discovered that it depends on libcoin
(apt-get install libcoin60-dev). How do I go about fixing this so that the
dependency is automatically satisfied? Is the right thing to do just make a
note on the wiki? Right now the error message only shows up when rosmake
invokes the configure script for openrave, and it's not inherently obvious
how to fix that.
