[ros-users] Ros video tutorials

Hi folks,

we start to document our new repository and add some video tutorial for ROS.
Maybe this is helpfull for some users:

We also add some videos showing how to read doorplates (for localization or
SLAM) and including the info in 3D models (3D point clouds).
