hi Tully,

OK, that's good to know.

But did you sync twice today? Because this happened to me during my
own development this morning, around 8am, and again to one of our
Jenkins builds, around 9.40am.

In general, do you recommend our Jenkins builds hit the public repo or
shadow-fixed?

Btw, `apt-get update` had been done in both cases, right before the
install attempt.
