Dear all,
If you want to use ROS on windows .NET (C#) there is this library
https://github.com/uml-robotics/ROS.NET
which is decent and does the job perfectly.
I have managed to use it to publish and subscribe to topics,
advertise and call services back and forth from a linux ROS core
and even call dynamic reconfiguration right from my c# projects.
Give it a try. :)
