I gave a quick glance and someone posted a comment about visualizing roslaunch files, and I think there is some work done here:

Just to visualize the launch tree there is this other tool:

And also there is a tool to convert a launch file tree to a dot file to see it as a graph:
https://github.com/bponsler/roslaunch_to_dot
I haven't tried them (or I may have some time ago but I forgot).
