[Ros-release] urlopen error

Hi Tully,  

thanks. That fixed this issue.
But still the build exits after a couple of seconds saying:

[build_debs]: Actually trying to build bride-0.2.0…  
[build_debs]: Exception was 'base_name'  
[build_debs]: Build of [bride] failed, adding to broken list  
[build_debs]: FAILURE: None [build_debs]: WARNING: Warning Message:


Browsing through jenkins, it seems to be an issue to other groovy packages, too.

Any ideas?
