[ros-release] Releasing when Fedora rosdep key is not available?

For what it's worth, if there are FOSS packages that you think should be in
Fedora that aren't, shoot an email to robotics at lists.fedoraproject.org with
the info (I'm pretty sure the list doesn't require a subscription, if it
does let me know).  We can work with you to get packages created,
submitted, and reviewed.

As for ceres-solver, I took a look this morning and noticed it was packaged
and sitting in the Fedora review queue.  I took up the review so it should
be in the distribution in the coming weeks.
