[ros-release] Preparting Hydro and Indigo Syncs

the past few days I've been getting lots of emails from the farm about
failing builds on Hydro: permission errors for files in
/var/cache/pbuilder, missing dependencies (ros-hydro-moveit-* fi) and
other strange things. For our 'stable' repositories, 'nothing has
changed', so I'm rather puzzled as to what is going on.

>From what I can gather these seem to be things out of my control, but I
just wanted to make sure there isn't anything I'm supposed to do about this.
