[ros-release] releasing new version of collada-dom?

Hi Kei,

It seems reasonable to take in those updates. Can you point to a changelog
for the update that we can review for any other potential problematic
changes?

Can you test on your system using the PPA with the binary ROS packages to
verify it still works?
