[ros-users] Upgrade boxturtle to cturtle... environment settings...

Hi, Dear Ken Conley:

Thanks very much.
I had neither
"source /opt/ros/cturtle/setup.sh",
not
"source /opt/ros/boxturtle/setup.sh"
in .bashrc .

After adding "source /opt/ros/cturtle/setup.sh" at the very bottom of file
.bashrc,
now, ros commands work fine.
