[ros-users] Announcing new ROS stack repositories from Georgia Tech: rcommander_pr2, and rcommander_core

Hi Tully,

That would be much more convenient! I'm just not completely up with
these new procedures, especially now that we're on git.  Here's a
rosinstall for all our repositories:
