The migration guide is pretty slim because there have not been a lot of
changes in the core system (beyond bug fixes and non-breaking feature
additions). In fact most packages so far have the same version in both
Indigo and Jade. I think the biggest advantage to Jade is that it is
targeted at newer ubuntu versions, but it also serves as an opportunity for
groups in the community (e.g. gazebo, ros_control, moveit) to release more
stable versions in Indigo and more bleeding-edge versions in Jade if they
want.

We don't have a very good way to diff changelogs across multiple packages
between two distros. However, you can compare version numbers of packages
using:

http://www.ros.org/debbuild/compare_groovy_hydro_indigo_jade.html

So if you're interested in a particular package you can check to see if the
version is different between Jade and Indigo, and then if it is, you can go
to the package's changelog.

If there's interest we could start a voluntary wiki page, e.g.
jade/Changes, to which package maintainers could post interesting changes
in their packages. This would be more like advertising, because strictly
speaking it would be duplicating the changelog and potentially parts of the
Migration page.
