Subject: [ros-users] Point Grey Research USB cameras
I did some looking around the wiki and list (incidentally: I don't
know if it's just me, but does the search function of the list
archives actually work for anyone? For example if I enter the query
'rviz' it returns zero results which I find hard to believe) and
couldn't find any mention of using these cameras with ROS.
Specifically we have some FireflyMV USB (b/w and colour) cameras in
our lab that I'd like to get working with ROS. I have some code that
uses the PGR FlyCapture SDK to grab images and could perhaps figure
out how to roll that into a ROS driver with some help, but perhaps
someone out there has already done this.

Cheers,
Pat
