題目: [ros-users] Diagnostics 1.2 is out
Diagnostics 1.2 is out for cturtle.Diagnostics hasn't had a lot of changes
since boxturtle, but we've added a couple new features:

- Robot monitor/runtime monitor work as rxbag plugins (Experimental)
- Diagnostics aggregator has DiscardAnalyzer and IgnoreAnalyzer to allow
easier aggregator configuration changes
- Analyzer plugins now load using package/ClassName syntax for pluginlib
1.1+
